Have you tried to disable your FOB lights? I've been looking at getting HIDs for my Monte, but I know that the lights will come on when you remote start the car killing the ballasts. Yet, when you disable the FOB lights, the lights dont flash on and off when you remotely start the car. The only thing you lose by doing this is that your lights dont flash when you unlock/lock your car remotely.
