The high beam bulbs are the 9005 bulbs.

ok so here is my other question. when i turn my high beams on, does the bulb tilt into the "high beam position"? cause i want to put in HID's for my high beams too. and i am not sure if just a normal HID 9005 bulb will work.

my buddy told me that when the DRL's are on, its facing downwards at an angle, but when i put the high beams on it faces straight. it didn't sound right to me either, thats why i am asking. i just want to be sure before i buy anything. my HID ballast's have extra wires coming of the ballast for high beam's. so i was thinking about getting some 9005 hid replacement bulbs and wiring them in for my high beams. but i think my buddy is thinking of cars that only use one bulb for hi and low beam. cause i know those tilt when it goes from low to hi or vise versa.

no the bulbs dont move, your daytime running lights run off your highbeams and they just put out a lower wattage when the drl's are on and not the regular high beams,

the bulbs dont move

ok so anyone correct me if you find an error. or if you can even understand this lol. out of the ballast for my high beams, the positive wire, i am going to put in a spst relay. the relay contacts will make when the coil is energized from the DRL's or high beams turning on. now here is my concern, since the power will be energizing a coil and not powering my high beam bulb, will i blow any fuses?
