Good Aftermarket rear speakers

Good Aftermarket rear speakers
Been looking around, and dealer wants 300 for the 2 rear speakers in the 2005 monte carlo. And if they blow this easy with bass turned down i dont want to shell that out again for them.
Is there a good after market i can pop in using this clip harness so no wires need to be cut. And still utilize the Factory amp with out it blowing.

I should mention, Id like to still have the bass they put out. On warmer days the speakers dont rattle and the bass out of them is very nice, as ive had people tell me theres no way its 6x9s only.

Was there anything special to look for when buying new so that its compatible with the factory amp.
Like is the stock system running 2 ohms, and if i got 4 ohm 6x9 will this cause anything to blow

Id had to have to buy something thats 4ohms, and the front door are at 2 ohms, my guess something will give out and cost me more in long run...
If The 2005MC are 2 ohms id like to just stick with 2ohms

i didnt get into specifics too much, i just went to best buy they showed me which ones would fit perfectly in the stock locations with no issues and i went with the the alpine 6x9 for the rear and 6 1/2 for the front with my pioneer headunit i had, and i play my music loud, took it easy the first few week just to let them break in a bit but after that i cranked it and had no issues whatsoever.

I'm still running the factory amp and installed a pair of Infinity Kappa 693.9i in the rear deck. They are a lot cleaner and crisper sounding (not as muddy) compared to the factory speakers with excellent bass response for a 6x9.
On a side note: I know a lot of people say that aftermarket speakers sound like crap and aren't as loud with the factory amp, but I think that has a lot to do with improper wiring. When I first installed my speakers they did sound terrible - very little output with hardly any bass response. When I double checked my wiring I found that I had one speaker wired correctly and one wired backwards. Once both speakers were properly wired they came to life and sound great. I'm running them with the -3dB activated and the fader 1 click off center position towards the rear. Whatever speakers you decide on just make sure you wire them correctly:
Tan = Left Rear +
White = Left Rear -
Brown = Right +
Yellow or Red = Right -

You will need to cut the speaker wires and install terminals on them to connect to your aftermarket speakers. If you're going to keep the factory amp just get some 2 ohm speakers with high sensitivity, wire them correctly and you shoud be fine. That is another reason people experience poor performance - they install 4 or 8 ohm speakers in place of the 2 ohm speakers.

Think you missed this link. No cutting needed unless the speakers i get dont have these type terminals then its a quick snip on the harness in the link.
These will allow the stock factory harness not needing to be cut
