I do not currently have anything aftermarket in the 2002 but would love to have the A pillar cluster pod...those are sharp.
In the 84 I use Sunpro gauges and tach and have not had any issues with functionality at all.

I want to get a 3 gauge pod probably a piller pod and do 3 gauges. Im thinking oil/fuel ratio, voltage, and boost (if it can measure supercharge boost, I dont like the one in the cluster) it seems like the boost gauges are all for turbo boost. Looks like they range anywhere from $25 a gauge all the way to $300. I did find a 3 pod for the dash with oil temp, voltage, and oil/fuel ratio on ebay for under $80 but am I sacrificing qualtiy going cheaper or is the price mainly paying for the name?

I am not sure about the pricing really. I have always used SunPro for aftermarket gauges so I really have no comparison.

Im not going to lie these are going to be 70% for looks. Get that racing look. Do I want them to be functional? YES. but do I NEED to have them NO I dont race the car I show the car I think it will add to the look once I get my ram air hood. Yes the information is great that it gives you and can use it to know if something is going wrong with the car but I also dont need to be spending $150-$200 for 1 gauge

I had a set of 3 under my dash in my 86 c10 oil pressure, voltage, and temp..they was cheap and never worked..ran the wiring to made sure they was good and still didn't work...my sunpro tac worked great for a year until it just froze at 3000rpm because it was freezing cold that morning

After 32 years, I recently (finally) bought an inexpensive Sunpro triple set (Volt, Oil, Temp) from AutoZone. I made a homemade console for the center floorboard under my ashtray to accommodate it. Everything seems to work fine. I chose to run a copper line from the gauge to my sending unit versus the factory nylon line. Installation can be a bit of a pain (going through the firewall, looking for a good 12V source, etc), but nice to have besides relying on the dash lights. Good luck.

I have a 3 gauge pillar in turbo monte (2004) I'm running a air/fuel (wideband), and dual aeroforce scan gauges.

I also have a dual dash pod with boost/vac, and fuel pressure.

All my quages are aem gauges except for the aeroforce gauges there obviously aeroforce.

Last but not least a boost gauge reads boost, boost is boost no matter if it's produced by a blower or a turbo so any boost gauge will work for you. If you have any other questions feel free to pm me
