I have a OE amp for an 02 MC, which I have an 01 MC. There is two harness for this AMP! Why is that one of the harness won't fit inside the amp but the MAIN harness will (the harness with the speaker leads installed too it)? Do 01 and 02 MC amps has different connectors?

 

I wounder if it has something to do with xm satellite or onstar. that would be weird....omg your car makes me MISS MY RED MONTE!!!

 

Yeah, See another MC owner on here sold it too me (Great guy)... All he knew he was selling a amp for 02 and buy me having an 01, it shouldn't be no harm in buying it. Since its only one year apart. Find out, one harness is larger then the port on the amp, the other harness fits in perfertly. So I am wondering do I have to cut my harness and go to the junk to get another one. Or cut my losses and give the amp up and try again?

What happen to your RED MONTE?

 

I traded her for the one I have now. Black SS. The red one was an LS. I miss it! Back then I wanted the SS more.

 

A lot of us like speed! Unfortunely when I purchased my vehicle, all I cared about was the car and they sold it too me WITHOUT THE SUPERCHARGE....SMH. Until funds get right, I am aiming at a supercharged installation or a MC upgrade to a 07 SS...
