Im looking for a used factory amp for my 04 Monte LS. Anyone have one laying around that would be willing to sell?

I have no problem taking mine out. I just need to bypass it, it's starting to annoy me. can I just cut the wiring harnesses off and match the colors ?

but mine is for a 2000 SS will it fit?

I'm not positive but I don't think its that easy. That's what I'm trying to avoid. I've talked to a few people and it sounds like you have to run new wires form the radio to each speaker.

SS vs LS makes no difference, 00-02 vs 03-05 does make a difference though.
