Default DRL led question

Hey all! Has anybody here ever successfully installed an LED bulb in place of their DRL bulb and had the computer not freak out??? I am trying to get my Vleds to work so that I can run them with the vled fogs and parking lights. They run for a few seconds and then the computer kicks on my headlights and displays HIGHBEAM OUT! I know load resistors are used to solve fast blinker problems with LEDs, I wounder if this would work too! Thought I would ask before I go any farther. In my albums there is a pic of what I am hoping for. Thanks to anyone who has info!

becuase the led's use sooo much less power than a reqular bulb it is making it think that there is a highbeam out hence kicking it and saying highbeam out i do belive there is a way to trick it posibly a resistor(load eaqualider) jumped between the pos and neg

You do need a resistor.

I have two of them, they need wires.

Send me a PM I'll send you them for $5, just send it through paypal, I have no need for them, I just got an extra set.

To everyone who wondered the same thing, I installed the DRL plug and play resistors that I bought from V-LEDs and they work great! They get hot so they come with a bracket to mount on the vehicle.
