I see they make a dome in a 20 also. Do you think it would be bright enough? Or should I play it safe and go with the 36.

anybody know where i can find maybe RED led's? I have some cheapass red bulbs in my footwells now (god this car sucks *** it needs so much work BUT IT DRIVES AND IT'S MINE) and they're REALLY dim. I do want a white dome bulb though, cuz otherwise that car is DAMN dark....

Is it too hard to change my dash lights to something brighter too?

Dash lights and such are more of a pain. It's doable, but some people don't like to take everything apart to resolder in new LEDs.

You can try v-leds.com for some better LEDs, just remember the cheap ones are cheap for a reason.

And here is a bulb guide:

Thanks mike. No bulb sizes for the footwells?? I have red ones in there now (not so bright??) I was thinking about getting bright red LED's for the footwells... saves me from having to wire up a 12 amp relay switch for neon/LED light bars like my friend has in his durango and wired the switch into his console (looks really nice). I figure change out the bulbs that way its attatched to the dimmer switch, turn it on, turn it off, voila. However... i did disconnect the dome and courtesy lights. LOL... that might be illegal... and if so, i'll just remove the bulbs in the footwells and go total LED bars and a relay.

The footwells were part of the Step/Courtesy lights line :P

So it's a 194 bulb, they are interchangeable.

Wow I haven't checked this thread in forever. I can upload the pictures again if someone would like to see them?

36 LED is much better than 20

VLeds has great bulbs

And I decided to get the vanity bulbs (I found some coupons and the total was around 22 bucks) I can upload pictures of these too if someone wants.

Edit: I can also post up the links I bought everything from (again by request)

I'm sure it couldn't hurt. Now that you've done all of the bulbs, what has your total bill been?

Alright I can upload them again tonight. Um, not quite sure how much total, off the top of my head I'd say around $100.

Edit: And I still haven't change my glove box bulb! lol
