if your car is under warrenty take it to the dealer and get them to fix it

IF not you might see if the face and the CD are inline with each other i have seen it like once befre where tey didnt get the screws in it right and the face slid slightly and caused just enough of a bind that is would do this also.

but that was a aftermarket deck that it was on and not a good one etheir LOL

btu the other thingis the motor might be getting weak in there and causeing this. or you might have something sticky that has gotten inthere and it dose this if it hits it right
good luck

was talking to a guy who owns a dodge SRT-4 today (club member) anyway his dash is lit up in Blue he said his had the LED's also , Fist thing he did was piant teh bulbs to see if that is what he really wanted then he told me after about 6 mo. (when the weather was nice he pulled it back apart and did the work on the led's .
basically he said to me the piant did the trick but after a while you could tell it was not going to last but gave him a idea of what it would look like.

Also he said that it was not hard to do this. or to change the LED's as most of the bulbs had the resitors already in them he just replaced the bub in the sockets and adder teh right Led for his application in it took him a afternoon to dso all of them in the dash

So with that said get out the finger paints and see if it is what ya want.
