Default Can we take our door cards apart?

I want to vinyl certain pieces of my door card, but it seems the individual pieces are all plastic welded together. The edges pull apart slightly, but everything else seems pretty much stuck together more or less permanently.

I can't tell for sure though, my door cards are covered in sticky deadener goo, so maybe I'm missing something. Anyone have input? How do I go about vinyling these individual parts around the edges? Just... very carefully?

Thanks!

The whole door panel is one piece, but ive seen two guys wgo cut the pieces separately and then glued them back on. It was very time consuming project from what i heard

Are you talking about the plastic piece that fits around the door handle and lock switch? If so, it's really simple. I swapped my door panels for black from the original beige, and the door panel has 4 parts, the main piece, the handle top and bottom and the "card".

Just remove the door panel and it should be pretty self-explanatory as to how to remove that piece.

EDIT

Just re-read the original post.

Yeah like you said the main frame is all one piece. Take a look at mine though, it's not what you were looking to do, but did you think of changing out/modifying the handle top/bottom/handle piece? I like the two-tone look of mine.
