Can I run a subs and an amp to my stock radio?

A friend of mine is selling two 12 subs in a box with an amp at a great price. My question is, do I have to get an aftermarket radio, or can I use them with my stock radio? Some people have told me the stock radio doesn't have the output for the sub or amp (idk which one he said). If I can use my stock radio, does anyone know how to wire them? Is it hard? Sorry but I am very bad with car audio

Ill post my set up when I get home so you guys can understand what david is saying. I purchased a 12'' CVR with amp yesterday and box for 130 from a guy over craiglist w/ wires and set up. Took me about 10-20 mins to install everything, Wires were already ran through out the MC. I used a line out converter cause my head unit is stock and STAYING stock. lol.

Ive got a couple to do, the throttle cleaner, removing VHT nightshade as well, and this one. Time for me to pay up some of this knowledge !
No. You will need an aftermarket amp.

Sorry im taking so long guys, Im in the midst of moving and I have a COMPLETE install to do tomarrow on my friends impala, so ill take pics, and do a write up. It may not be as neat as I would like it to be but ill give you guys a general idea.
