i removed my driver side door panel just now. i'm on a mission to find out what the damn rattling sound is that's in my door. you hear it so much when a song comes on with a lot of bass.

so the panel is removed, and i find this styrofoam piece wedged in my door blocking the window regulator. how do i go about removing that? i don't wanna bust it up.

 

Its cliped in at the top & has double sided tape at the bottom,, ull have to undo the taped part first

 

and undoing the tape is just a matter of pulling on it? it's pretty hard to get your hand in there..

 

Yeah its about all u can do, u might be able to unclip it from the top, ive nvr removed mine cuz they were missing but i put new ones in
