84 Monte headliner

Hi y'all, anyone know how to remove an 84 MC headliner? Specifically the side trim clips. I don't want to break them.

you talking about the trim over the doors? IIRC you have to push them up and towards the center of the car, and swing it down. They are somewhat of a challenge.
