Very nice. Did you need to get a safety bypass so you can watch it while you drive? Mine cost about 15 bucks.

You have a alpine unit dont you?

This kenwood has a park switch wire that just needs to be grounded so I grounded it with the deck ground.

the pioneer version needs to be switched ground to get it to work.
meaning that you have to flip the switch to ground it then wait a sec. and flip it back to get it to work

Yeah, it is an alpine. I'm not sure how the park registered so I just bought the bypass.

Well after some thought and looking in the engine bay, I found my hole in the firewall. I pulled the carpet back on the passenger side and to find the main wire harness coming in the car. I just used that. In order to get to it I had to move the Coolent overflow for now. Two nuts and its moves. Then there was TONS! of room.....for a childs hand lol

This is the gromet I used to go into the passenger bay.

I then ran the wire along with the wire harness and tie wraped it.

Then ran it on the brace and tied the fuse holder to this and you can not even see it. I love it.

And here is the harness all done and tested:

The two white connection connect to the GM0S Lan 01 Box that is currently mounted in my dash.
