Do not manually shift your automatic.

You can leave it in 3 for city driving (agreed), but do NOT drive 1>2>3 and do your own shifting.

Yes DO NOT shift it manually all the time!
I meant to say as a test to see if it has all the gears. DO NOT "hammer" on it. Drive it as if it is shifting By its self and see how it Reacts.(operates)..is all I meant......Chibi is correct..never drive it around by shifting it manually all the time.
