whats next???
ok so i got a l36 motor with a precision pt61 turbo, intercooler, 42.5 pound injectors, colder plugs, 180 degree t-stat, 2.5'' down pipe with high flow cat, flashed pcm, racetronics fuel pump and rewire. going to be putting methanol injection on soon. my question is what should i do for a cam and heads ect. i want a nice lope sound to the car with amazing hp! it is not an everyday driver so there is not much of a limit im putting on how far the car goes in a build. any help would be great!

I'd be doing what Shingding just said! At this point, I would call ZZP and not just place an order, and ask for a recommendation and maybe even do some dyno testing. Have you done anything about your transmission? I suspect with that much power you'd snap or burn something up pretty quick!

With all the work you've done so far, are you running anything but stock heads anyway? I'd say if you've done that work, to really get the most out of your turbo, I'd think you need to change the head and cam to maximize the use of that turbo setup!

thanks guys, to answer all your questions the tranny and all its components are still stock and weak. thats another think in itself that i know nothing about building. i am still running stock heads and cam etc. i am planning on building the tranny also with the motor but have no idea what parts to use for a tranny build or anything about them. also i seen intense has a set or stage 4 heads and a stage 4 turbo cam, is this going to be to much lope and what not for a turbo car?

www.tripleedgeperformance.com will give you some good info on our transmissions and also give you ideas of the weak spots that need to be built for your type of performance application.
Sounds like a nice Monte!

By the way, how much power are you looking to realistically make? You'd be surprised how much power the stock heads can support, trust me. Also, it may be a good idea to go with some larger injectors if you plan on getting serious with this build.
But yeah, do your research on what is available for the 4t65e and do it right the first time. You do not want to skimp out on the transaxle, especially when running a turbo. The torque a turbo provides for a 3800 is a trans killer.
