Default What's the best??

I'm new to his website and I have a 99 Z34. I'm looking to put exhaust on it. And I have no idea what would be good for it being that it's only a v6. Anyone have any tips for looking for this. Anyone have thoughts. Video of your car and the exhaust. Stock is just too quiet for me. I want something loud but not a bad sounding loud. But as much as it will for 6 cylinder.

Hi `Jesse & thanks for you reply. It's great to read that you have a good contact with a pro.

Also, that you have the 3.8L (Bullet Proof Engine)..Treat it will love & it will love you back > abuse it, and it will abuse you

Look 4ward to seeing/hearing/your exhaust Mod
Check the below link & explore to get some idea's & prices.
Hopefully one of our member's will post what they have done to their exhaust, so keep checking back

Since it's a 3800, best bet is to check youtube as there are a lot of different videos on there.

Eh, if you had a 3100 or 3400, they can sound okayish. 3800 just sounds like crap no matter what. Stock/ quiet sounds the best. Personally I like hearing the blower whine on mine when I'm rowing through the gears. But, I'm getting older. I don't even have loud exhaust on my truck. The only vehicle that has any aftermarket exhaust is my wife's G8, and thats pretty mild.

I'm happy with my Magnaflow system (GMPP not-branded, but confirmed Magnaflow)

There are a lot of factors. Do you want to keep the y pipe? That and the exhaust tips you choose will have a tremendous effect on the exhaust note you get. I think my single 3" Flowmaster Deltaflow 40 series sounds good, till I get heavy footed...
