Default Exhaust to Canada

So as I'm doing my top swap, I'm thinking I should have bought a new exhaust set up already.
I like the idea of just buying the headers, downpipe, and catback all from zzp, but I'm also a little cheap. That and this Canadian dollar isn't that spectacular right now...

Anyone have recommendations? Or is zzp the best?

I live in Canada and zzp was my choice for the cat. With the dollar right now you should probably price locally for mufflers just in case but I have found that buying online is usually half price of what we pay up here

Would it be a good idea to do 3" headers and 3" downpipe to the stock catback?

Mod plan...
Top Swap, 180 Degree thermostat, autolite 104 plugs, 1.9 rockers, 90lb springs
3.5" pulley, maybe 3.4" I dont know, have to check KR

I you are doing the top swap then yes but it would probably be best to run 3 inch all way back to better flow. You wont get too much hp improvement from th exhaust on our vehicles but with the top swap you will w the 3 inch a I believe that is what they are made to run. Definitely keep an eye on kr with the mods your doing but I can't help in that department as I am na. I would also suggest getting a tune on the pcm as you will probably throw an emission code with the exhaust changes plus the tune will get you more usable power. I recommend an overkill tune as I enjoy what Will did to my car.
Getoverkilled.ca is his website I believe

The zzp 3" stainless system sure looks nice if you have big $$$. But a good exhaust shop can custom build and bend a whole system for a lot less. I went with 3". It may be a little larger than needed, but at least I don't have to worry about the exhaust if I want to build on the engine more. The 3" tubing also changes the exhaust sound.
