At your point of modding(which appears to be bone stock) I wouldn't worry too much about KR right now.

However, to answer your question, I would suggest the U-bend delete if anything for your car.

Get the downpipe, you can make a cheap FWI out of PVC from Home Depot if you really want an intake.

x2 on the downpipe.

I just happen to have one for sale in the for sale forum right now too.

Besides the downpipe, make sure your car is in a good state of mechanical tune- fresh fuel filter, spark plugs, O2 sensor, and other tune up items will make a world of difference regarding knock/KR.

If you are going to drop a pulley size you need to change to colder plugs and colder t-stat on top of a down pipe and a CAI.

Also agree- go with a DP. Used ones (especially catless) go for dirt cheap on clubgp all the time.

As far as the intake goes- I assume you already have a cone filter- so why not just extend the tubing to make it a FWI or build your own plastic walls to make your own version of a CAI? Much cheaper than a wizair either way.
