I personally like the mellow and well toned sound of Magnaflow mufflers on a V6. Especially the 3400/3500/3900. All sound pretty good with Magnaflows.

I have a smaller Magnaflow resonator, with dual Magnaflow mufflers.

I Like the sound of a Chambered Muffler...which is what I ended up putting on mine yesterday... all total.. with tail pipes I spent a mere $145.00..
I left the stock resonator in place ... It has a great Tone..with out sounding like a rice burner... No droneing.... Not to loud and not to quiet.... Definately better than the stock walkers it came with...
But like Mike did...If I choose to make it sound a bit louder I might change out the stock resonator with one made by Magnaflow!
