Lightbulb thinking about removing my resonator

so im thinking about removing my resonator from my magnaflow cat back, just cause i want a different sound. had this sound for about a year now, wanna try it. what i couldnt find was a sound clip of someone who has headers and there resonator removed. before i do this, i wanna get a basic understanding of what kind of sound its gonna have lol. i've tried searching youtube but not everyone lists there resonator removal.

anyone know where i could find a sound clip?

I could maybe give you a clip, but it wouldnt be for a couple days. I do have the 3400 though and it will sound different to a certain degree. Another difference is, I got my manifolds port matched, not headers. IDK, let me know what yyou think and Ill try to get a clip for you..

ok so i don't have the sound clip like i thought i did but here is a some what similar clip minus xp cam, heads, 3" catback, and no cat. video is few years back. i end up installing wbody store resonator couple months later. the resonator actually tone down the exhaust sound specially at a cold start. your car will not get that loud choppy sound unless have cam. i dropped the rpm down to about 890ish too.

i noticed no difference when I got mine deleted. However even with flowmasters on I still think my car sounds quiet. Definetely NOT raspy, very deep mellow tone with a little kick when you let off WOT. But thats just my opinion
