They dont do anything on a vehicle where fuel and air dont mix in the throttle body. On our cars, fuel is injected into the intake manifold past the throttle body. A TB spacer wont give you any gains. They are a waste of money.

Not trying to be rude here- but have you tried searching? I'm not specifically talking about this thread, but you have a BUTT-TON of current topics going.

For example- in the Headers, Intake, & Exhaust section alone you have 9 active threads on the first page of threads-almost 50% (including all of the top 4). Plus you have 3 active threads in the Nitrous, SC, TC section, and 3 active threads in the Engine section (including the top two).

Like I said, I'm not trying to be rude and say you shouldn't ask questions- I mean threads are what make up a forum- but instead of posting a thread about every tiny mod idea you get, it seems like you're just hunting for cheap and easy mods- maybe you should just start a single thread asking for advice on your upcoming mod strategy? That way, the 60* experts could come in and give you a plan.

well the reason i come up with all these questions is because my buddy(justdontknow) or whatever, asks me half of these things(he hates computers) and they always come up at different times, im not the one whos really looking for all these cheap mods. he asks me to post something up, and i do it for him. its not really that big of a deal is it?? and im not trying one bit rude on this.

Read this research study on a TB spacer for the L67 engine:
http://www.zzperformance.com/downloa...acer_Study.pdf
Keep in mid this is on a supercharged engine with the heat of a supercharger. Your
N/A engine has the plastic manifold which acts as a heat insulator for the throttle body on your car.
So my OPINION is that for S/C applications, yes it can help. But for N/A applications, no, don't waste your money.
I have a TB spacer.

If you CAN put multiple questions together, that's a GOOD thing. Personally, I'm not thrilled with the search engine here, BUT, if you use the advanced search feature in Google, you can specify this website to search specifically, and that works REAL good.
That's how I search here.
