well my money would have been aimed at a turbo kit...
but since you went xp and staying with the blower... Yes i would do a shift kit before aiming for lower 13's and drag radials.
do you have a tuner or someone local who can tune it? I would never suggest or consider any mod besides intake exhaust without a way to retune for the change air and fuel needs. besides a good tuner can make an average setup fly and a box tune or crappy tuner can blow an engine or just make for a slow car

Yes a turbo would probably put out more power, but I already had the factory M90 blower, so I decided to add the full inter cooler. I do have an HP tuner and software as well as a wide band O2 sensor.
Here is a brief list of tuning changes I have made so far:
Disabled O2 & Cat error codes;
Disabled EGR so I don't get a carbon buildup on the inter cooler
updated injector flow table (larger injectors added)
adjusted shift points to a higher RPM,
raised spark limiter RPM & fuel cut off RPM
adjusted Idle RPM and removed P0300 error code - (XP Cam)
When I initially had a 3.0 pulley on I remember seeing 6 -8 KR (I'll have to dig through scan logs)
110 octane gas is normally leaded (which is not good for O2 sensors, Cat converters and injectors) I did find some Unleaded 102 Octane locally Maybe I'll try a mix of this to get up from 91 octane to 94 - 95 octane and then I'll drop back to the 3.0 pulley size.
