Default speedbuilt fenderwell intake

Does anyone know anything about the speedbuilt fenderwell intake off pfyc.com. I am thinking of ordering one for my 04 SS non supercharged. Let me know anything about it.

there really isnt to much to say, all i can really think of is that it is the only TRUE cold air induction kit for the monte carlos, but you also have the risk of hydrolocking you're motor if the filter becomes submerged in water due to the fact there is no bypass valve. Overall its an awsome design and out of all the intakes out there it should offer the most bang for the buck

I've looked at that one as well and came close to ordering it a couple of times. I've heard nothing but good things about it...

Quick question: With the pictures on the PFYC site there doesn't seem to be a place for the Mass Airflow Sensor. How is this addressed?

that is because that kit is for a 3800 series engine... and their MAF sensor is built into the TB. if you get one you can just take a hacksaw and cut part of the striaght section and put it in.
