Milzy Question
Im going to take the advice from 04 intimidator (thanks again) and purchase a PCM from Milzy Motorsports. Ive never bought anything from the website before, I read the disclaimer on the website and it sounds like they dont back there product at all. (No returns, No warranty). Has anyone ever had problems with the products before, or is it fully legit. And last question on the website as i try to purchase my PCM they ask me for a core charge, which has two options. (send in my pcm to be flashed or pay a 100 core charge). What does this mean?

RE: Milzy Question
first as i suggested in the other post i wouldnt go with milzys' pcm... $200 is way too much for one. DHP is a much better product and cheeper... its cheeper cause they are a bigger name and eveyone with these engines sware by them.
if you do however have your mind set on milzy, he is legit. i have heard some issues in the past but nothing major. every company has its problems he is much smaller then most, but i havent heard him ripping people off. and he does have good comunication with is clients. hope this helps.

RE: Milzy Question
If you do get a PCM from anyone, make sure you have a spare with your stock settings laying around just in case the tweeked PCM goes south. In other words, pay the $100 core and keep your stock PCM.
I also have to agree with Z34, DHP is the way to go. You can make changes on the fly and they have tons of support.

RE: Milzy Question
Well it looks like the DHP is going to be the winner going only off of price because i havent seen any others with that good of reputation at such a good price. However my only question would be how easy i can use the program on my labtop. Is it easy to understand and use, or easy enough to get a walkthrough? And just in case it matters i drive a 2001 Monte 3400

RE: Milzy Question
Miltzy's PCM's seem to be pretty good. I've never heard of any of them being bad, or maybe I should say a bad customer experiance. He really goes out of his way to make sure everything is great. In this case it really is a get what you pay for as he will not just send a generic DHP 1.0 but will also custom program it for you for the $200.
