I went to the local midas to have my headers back welded up on my 80 and they charged like 35 bucks to zip it up. maybe its more expensive having stainless steel welded? i wouldnt pay 80 though just to have a couple welds done.

i didnt realize that they were cutting and welding it. it thought you were cutting them and clamping them at home ad bringing it to a shop to have it welded on. 80s not bad and make sure they dont make the tips crooked. dont want to look silly.
