That is the water pump pulley. Remove the belt again (I know) and rotate each pulley by hand. If you hear any squeal/grinding or feel any resistance that is the one that needs replacing. Worst scenario the water pump is on its way out.

Thats the funny thing, I tried that but didnt hear any squeeling from them..Thats very odd...and how hard is it to replace the water pump? Blah it doesnt seem like my car is over heating but replacing the pulley should fix the issue right? Or....do you think the water pump is the issue with the pulley squeeling. It usually squeels while the car is cold then once it hits the usual medium temp, it goes right away.

Well, theres no leaks, talked to my tuner about it, and he said he never detected any over heat issues and my car actually stays SUPER cold compared to my miles, so he said its probably a pulley. i also thought back to see if any puddles are under my car and there are none O_O

How long has the belt been on the car? Have you cleaned the pulleys? If not, pull the belt and spray the pulleys with some evaporating brake fluid. Use a wire brush to get into the groves and a soft cloth for smooth areas. Sometimes crud built up on the pulleys will cause intermittent slippage that causes squealing.

Hmm never, and I tried spinning them like i said, no issues there unless i missed something. What do you mean evaporating brake fluid? its stuff like that? lol, ahahahah, and the new belt has been on for like a week maybe now. sounds like at first it was better then as the week passed it got louder so i suspect it has to be dirt or something. I will do this and try it that way. Are you able to visit rock auto and provide me a part # for the water pump pulley?

I don't see a listing for just the pulley, but it may be available at the dealer. I'd just replace the pump myself. Even if you do find a pulley you'll have to have it pressed on/off (shop labor) unless you have or can borrow the correct puller.
