looking for cold air intake need help

I used cardboard and tape first to make a pattern , than made the box ...Hope this helps...
Bought cold air tube and filter off ebay and autozone total $53

I have the ZZP Wizaired CAI on my 05 SS for performance and the K & N CAI on my 03 for car shows.

does anybody know if there is a how to vid on how to install any of this im brand new to fixing up cars installing my own sound system was the start of it now i just cant get enough! but a how to vid would be great if anyone knows of one.

Like Mike said....and it's pretty easy. You just have to give yourself some time.

Im debating doing the same on mine. Where did you get the pieces from? Ive checked local auto parts stores, and all i can find is cheap (really cheap) plastic tubes.

Then Im confused on whether or not i should do a cone filter w/heat shield or figure out another route.

Hi i am looking at 2 different cai one by z z performance that one is the wizard but looking at it were does the flow senser go in the box ? now the other one is on a site which is lmp performance which is a box like the wizard but you use the same tube one is insulated and one is not but the wizard is a bit cheaper like some imput . An K&N suck .There must be some others out there
