Intake???
Build your own fenderwell kit, if money is the issue, which it ALWAYS is. There are several kits around. Search for "fenderwell intakes" for a Monte , Impala, or GP. Well under $100, and under $50 with an off brand filter.
Besides, for that money you could have this:

Its not so much that money is the issue, its just that i would rather get something cheaper.
I have also considered the wizaired kit, but im undecided right now and im not too sure what im gonna do.

I second building your own. When I built my fenderwell intake over the summer, the total cost was $110 for everything. The stainless steel tubing was total of 70$(48" of straight 3" tubing, 1 90degree elbow, and acouple of rubber sleeves, reducers and hose clamps) and $40 for the K&N air filter. I'm guessing the big filter that Iinstalled contributes to the deep growl my Monte recevied after the install.
Whenever I get comments from people on my car, they usually say 'your car sounds so nice, V8? Custom Exhaust?'...'nope, V6, stock exhaust, custom CAI'.
