my carlo needs exhaust. the only thing on ebay is for 83 and up. mine is an 81. is there a difference?? if so what is it??

 

not 100% sure but i dont think it would be much different....but your further ahead to take it to a custom exhaust shop that can do it all on a hoist for you....then they just put whatever mufflers you want on it and bend all the pipes for it....thats what i would do anyway..

 

yea, but the exhuast place here isnt cheap, and theres some exhuasts on ebay for 190-250 bucks, lol

i wouldn't chance it. try to find a picture of the bottom fo the cars... then look under yours.

 

lol...i just clued in and looked in my walker catelauge....80-87 are the same from what i can see, just the cat convertor is different

 

and these systems bolt up after the convetor, so well see

 

Good luck with the exhaust upgrade. As long as you get the correct piping and hangers you should be good.
