Default How much?

My g/f wants exhaust on her 04 LS and going to do duals out back. We are going with Borla Pro XS mufflers and 3" stainless tips, but what I was wondering is how much do you think it's going to cost to get it y'd out back?

Not sure to tell the truth.

I do know that when I had mine done I asked about different sized piping and the guy told me that it wouldn't do much good with that 2" Y in the back and he said it'd be a large chunk more to get a larger one made.

Got the tips on Thursday and the mufflers on Monday and the car is going into the shop tomorrow to get them put on. Will have an exhaust clip soon, hopefully Friday night sometime.

I just went and got a quote to change to duals on my 00' ls for around $800 with 40 series flowmasters but that seems a lil high to me.

I changed to duals from single, and added a Magnaflow resinator, plus two magnaflow mufflers for $400...actually a few bucks under that!

Yeah, I got my '01 LS done with flowmaster 40's for under $500.
Look around.

310 or something for me. I have a local small town muffler shop that does a really good job for cheap. I have an LS also... 2 flowmaster 40's and ubend-res delete plus install for that price.

What Y pipes have you guys gone with and where did you order them from? Or did you all just have them use a y split and bend all the pipes and have it welded up? I found the dynomax y pipe through summit racing for like 490. Oh and for a deep rumble flowmaster 40's or something else?
