Default High Flow Catalytic Converter

I was wondering if there are ZZP downpipes (with cat) made for my 2004 Monte Carlo LS. I was thinking about putting the magnaflow on, but I see a lot of people talking about the ZZP on their SS Monte Carlo. I'd like to have the direct fit high flow cat to get rid of the u bend. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

according to the zzperformance website under the high flow cat downpipe it will not work with the LS model, but they recommend using their GXP downpipe for your car. Here is the link

ZZPerformance - ZZP GXP Downpipes #ZZ-GXPDP

but it would be best to send them an email before you buy just to confirm

That is for the LS4 V8 engine in the 2006 and newer Monte. Not for his 3400 powered car.

I believe Milzy makes a downpipe for the 3400: MMS Stainless Downpipe for 3100 and 3400 powered 97-03GP/00-05MC/Imp - Milzy Motorsports

The one on Milzy is $360. I found a magnaflow one on amazon for $241. The magnaflow one should work just as good, right?

If you are just really looking to get rid of the u-bend, it should work fine.

Check a thread in the fwd tech guides for cheap performance on the 3400 montes. I believe I noted what another mcf member learned about down pipes.

My apologies for the misdirection, I had just got back from band practice and probably wasn't thinking straight but glad the other members chimed in and corrected for you.

I was on my phone when I replied earlier, here's the thread I suggested looking at (lots of good info in it):
