Hi guys.

About a week and a half ago-- I got a cutout before my flowmaster 40's. The cutout sounds great, but I knew that because I now have a cutout-- I need heads.

Scored some OBX headers off of eBay for $475, and I dropped my car off yesterday at my exhaust shop for the install. It took from 11am until they were closed. Everything went well I was told-- and I pick her up in about 2 hours. I can't wait.

Well guys,

I went and picked up the car-- and I am so happy right now. I even have a short story (lol). I picked her up, the rev made me grin instantly.... The car sounds like a total monster, (feels a little quicker in the middle/top but that might be my brain+marketing.)

So when I got home to park her... I said "let me close the cutout" (I assumed from pickup until now that the cutout was open.) So I hit the switch and wow...

I will not be using my cutout in the near future, LOL. I would have passed on the cutout personally--- I had it done prior though so Godzilla is on the ready I guess.

The open heads sound like an F16.... you can "Feel it".

Now the car sounds perfect in my opinion-- and I'm happy with the OBX headers. Now I need to pick up a diablosport tuner, and a CAI.

I am going to try and get a sound-clip up today.

 

Guys I just placed my order for a CAI inductions intake, along with a predator intune2 tuner. Should all get here within a week.

CAI Canceled so was my tuner.

at this point i'm going to just fork over the coin for a Diablo Lew tune.
