Default Got some new tips

Will get some pics up later, but I just got it done and had to share.
They are resonated 3 1/2" slant and of course, chrome. It seriously made a huge difference in the sound of my car. Its got this really mean, pure kinda sound. Its just a VERY clean smooth, much deeper tone/note.
If anyone is considering new tips, and cant decide whether or not to get resonated tips... Go for it, it just gives off a better sound overall.
Anyway, Ill have pics up in the morning. Happy days

Aren't those too far under the bumper???

Might get too much hot exhaust gas where you don't want it

Yeah, they're nice tips, just tucked in too far it seems.

I liked the idea of that though. I just threw them on at first not paying attention and it kinda just stuck? IDK, I liked the way it looks under there. I will say though, that pic makes it look like its under there a little more than it is. They only go back about 3/4" from the bumper, so all the exhaust is still getting thrown out the back and none is getting stuck under the car.
And I do reccomend anyone with the "raspy" problem, to get some resonated tips. It gives it a deeper note and just gives it a better sound overall. If anyone DOES decide to get some, make sure they are the ones with the fiberglass inside and not just the ones with holes drilled inside. Whatever, Ill quit babbling now LOL.
Thanks BTW

Yeah they do look a little far back. I would be worried my pretty white would get black marks around them.

I'm also in the field for new tips like the ones you have there, they look pretty nice. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get resonating tips or not but i want a little deeper sound from my 'stock exhaust'. Currently im looking into getting two of these - http://www.summitracing.com/parts/IMM-577594/ but im sorta leaning away in the search for some resonating one, do you have a link of where you got yours from? or a model number? thanks

I don't want to beat a dead horse, but that is exactly what the guy told me when he welded my tips on!

Well, Ive put 200MI since I installed them and I looked back there and there was this little yellow tint above them that wiped right off with a microtowel, I usually clean my car everyday and it was about 4 days I think so it shouldnt be a problem and they are still after the bottom of the bumper so its throwing all the gases out the back.
