So my idea for my dual GMPD exhaust for my 3400 monte has come to a halt. My buddy from work told me that i would have to get some hangers welded to the frame in order to support the exhaust out the bumper, so i go and have a looksy and I noticed that it looks like the hangers are bolted to the frame instead of welded (but they could be that to) but i didnt see/feel any welds around it. So my question to you guys is where can i get a set of those exhaust hangers? I'm not talking about the hangers where the exhaust hooks onto with that rubber thing where all that attaches to the bumper.

 

i ordered mine from genuine gm parts.com they have a parts list from 2000 to mine. i know where you are coming from. i dont know how much yours is mine was 125 for the hanger where the rubber peace conects to

 

Hey, before you go spending money, let me show you what the guy did to mine when he made a hanger for it..

 

Its not the best pic, but if you study it real good you can see how it works. And instead of the weld on the outlet of the muffler, you can also use a bolt there.
