Good stuff man! Glad you're happy with it. I'll be installing one on my Monte in the Spring (I have it, but the car is covered at the moment).

What I'm wondering though is won't the metal air intake tube absorb heat from the exhaust directly below it? Prior to purchasing a CAI for my Monte I emailed a couple places that sell the wizaired asking about it, but nobody replied with an answer.
Did K&N change their fliters? When I put one on my truck it came pre-oiled?

My thoughts too. Those kits are for CLEANING the filter. When you have it new it should be fine...
