Default Exhaust issues and solutions?

Hey guys! i have myself a 03 3800 SS, i have a nice size hole in my cat right at the pinch welds. Put in a Ram CAI yesterday and as expected the hole sounded worse. I will be replacing the cat, u bends, and flanges when I order the new cat set up (OEM). While that takes care of the meat and potatoes of the exhaust my next step is to replace resonator with a straight pipe and have 2 22" magnaflow glass packs out the back. Now my questions are as follows, the cat converter is a 2 bolt flange on either end correct? And as far as the glass packs go, what's your guys feelings on either magnaflow or thrush? The CAI will def add to a nice sound once all said and done. I've listened to many YouTube videos of exhaust but they never really do the full justice unless you hear it in person. So any thoughts?

The flanges on both sides of the downpipe and cat are 2 bolt. You may want to price out getting a ZZP 2.25" downpipe with high flow cat (a complete bolt in set up, perfect fit).

I can't speak for everyone, but I no longer have a resonator, and with all the mods on my car, the stock mufflers sound pretty decent to me without the res.
