dual exhaust question...
I went to the local muffler shop today and took your guys advice and asked for the following...
u-bend delete
resinator delete
flowmaster 40 single in dual out
he had said that was doable but recommended that I dont get the single in dual out becuase of the lack of room on the bottom of my monte carlo. he recommended that I put 2 mufflers on the bottom, one on each corner. heres my question, wont that hurt my performance/hp to the wheels? I thought putting 2 mufflers on a 3400 would ruin the compression?

no i dont think so, you'd actually might get a little more horspower out of it than the single in dual out, because of more back pressure, its going to be a little quetier with 2 mufflers on it though, thats the only thing
i just like the look of it without mufflers @ the back, so all you see is tailpipes, but i've got mufflers back there on mine

I have the GMPP exhaust, and what I have found, just based on butt dyno, I lost little to no power in the bottom range, but I gained more in the top end
