Yes I made it out of a sheet of aluminum ,got it from trash. I didn't like the price for K & N .

 

How did you make it dude? how did you cut and give it a perfect shape? Do you mind give us newbies a a tutorial of how you made that box?

 

I made a pattern out of cardboard frist, used hammer and 2x4 to from the sides

So you just put on the whole intake " tubing " ok, i see where i went wrong, but when i said the pcm, i was really talking about the wires and plugs, i was not comfrontable with taking them off without knowing where to reconnect them to on the new intakje duct, but i see now, thz.

 

do you have it insulated by anything? looks good
