which one would you buy 100 bucks might be worth enough to me if they are close enough to breathing the same.

on ebay i could get a k&n for 285 and the wizaired on zzp for 244 with the k&n filter. is k&n worthe 4o bucks?

vs generic, yes. Make sure you get a CLOSED air intake box. The K&N CAI have a heat shield only, and thats not good enoigh. There are several others out there, also. Here is the Thrasher:

I'm pretty sure there is at LEAST one or two others out there, also.
Two things to look for:
1. smooth bore tube.
2. a cover, or make your own.

I have never used this one before, but i think it would be one of the better ones out there seeing as it is a FWI

AlsoIMO ithink it looks better then the K&N and Wizaird

idk anything bout the fwi do u have to do anything to the car like cutting or anything? and i like the idea of getting some color under the hood

I'd go with the Wizaired. Easy to install, easy to get too for maintenance, and you don't have to worry about stuff that you would with a Fenderwell.

Heres mine, on my 01 SS.
