Well I heard losing the res makes it sometime kinda raspy/ricey in the upper RPMs?

that and there's drone at highway cruising speeds

i got rid of my res. and have the stock exhaust with stainless magnaflows and i like the way it sounds, i dunno if having a supercharger makes any difference in the sound of it but i like the way mine sounds

note that the sound in the 3800 and 3400 are completely different when looking at vids on youtube - i suggest searching on youtube to find a sound that's what you're looking for

the 3800 tends to have a worse exhaust note, it usually has a point in the exhaust that doesn't sound good, usually raspy or tinny, from what I hear the mufflers in the GMPP/Magnaflow catback don't do this so much, I would try to find those mufflers
