Default 3.5/3.9 air intake

anyone see this?

not sure if it will come up after the auction ends, but it's an air intake. It looks like 2 rubber hoses, a chrome piece with a slight angle to it, a cone filter, about 4 band clamps, and 2 brackets. I know we've all been looking for air intake's for our car's, and this is just one I found. Not sure with the position if the engine heat will get to it. Just thought I'd post it and get some thoughts on it

An intake that close to the engine will be just about as efficient as the stock airbox. The intake may draw in more air, but it will be hot air, which will counter any increase in performance from the increased airflow.
