easy install, but it makes the the resto of the intake a bit "longer" so if you have a CAI no adjustments are really necessary.
as for performance gains, not noticable. you need more to get anything outof it. IE MAF, port the TB, springs, lifters, and some decent exhaust. its pointless because the current setup dosent require better breathing
