Default Your before & after?

We all love taking care of our monte's (or any other ride)

Now....what did your car look like when you first got it? Got it as a mess? Wrecked? new off the lot?
How did it look stock...and what is it now. (what addons since you started)

I've only had my monte for a year (June 5th will be the mark!) and its crazy looking back at how nasty my engine bay is!!

Wow, nice transformation your engine bay has underwent. You have to be pround now when you pop the hood. I read where a mechanic is less likely to try and pull a fast one on a person with a clean engine as they tend to think the owners tend to be a car enthusiast and probably harder to scam them. Looking extra sharp Jen. Nice job, like your fuse box cover, where did you get that?

My car was new off the lot, so it was what it was and now it is what it is. LOL

03JGMonte made it. Its just a bent piece of sheet metal & 3m tape. I painted it and put the decal on.

I don't know how many of you newer members have seen my older pics. The dealership I bought the car from had it fairly clean when I picked it up, so I didn't have to do much cleaning. All the "before" pics here were a few days after bringing the car home; it was completely stock at that point. Survived as a daily driver through the first winter I had the car and is now stored winters. I like the look of the car so everything I have done is subtle and compliments the factory look. The craziest thing appearance-wise I may do to the car someday is aftermarket wheels; probably 20's.

Its just a piece of sheet metal. I'll take a picture of it for you all to see..its adhered to the original covers.
