Monte Carlo Tire Rub? Hello just a few hours ago I went and got some 20 inch rims put on my 2003 Monte Carlo SS. Now I noticed two things are happening as a result of it my car now says low tire pressure and when I hit a bump I hear my car scrapping in the back. Ok the tires I put on are 245-35-20 in the front and 255-35-20 in the rear. I checked the rear of my car and there is a small clearance between the thing on the coil spring ( black circular thing) and the tire probably a .25" clearance. Ok anyone know how to fix either one of these problems 10 points to the best answer. Thanks
Can anyone spot the problem?

I can think of a few things wrong.
Like the others said, put some tires that fit. But he also put wider tires in the back. Now correct me if I'm wrong. But isn't the idea of putting wider tires in the back simply a way of getting more traction from the drive wheels to the pavement? Since the drive wheels are in the front, he's not accomplishingthat.
He also mis-spelled "scraping".
