Perlgurl, I think the ones on your car are Bosch Icons, or something of similar nature.

I hated to even ask but they seemed to be similar - and if they were the same I was considering taking advantage of the rebate to get a set for my other car. Work better by far than anything I've ever had. LOL, didn't know what they looked like because I've always got cheaper ones.

 

i also use the icons there only like 20 bucks a piece. usually i get buy one get one half off. my whole family uses those and i will never buy another blade again.

Just got my $15 rebate check...

 

I got my first rebate check a month ago from when I bought the new blades for my Parents'. Waiting for my second one still.

 

Well I know I needed some blades badly (since my wife couldn't function while driving in the rain the other night)...LOL! So after reading this post, which helped me out a lot. I bought the Bosch Icons and they hit me at $23 a piece at Autozone.... No Rebate though!!! Thanks guys!

 

did you try amazon for the bosch icons?

@monte_carlo_383: I already asked and they looked at me like I was crazy...LOL! So I thought rebates was only offerred online which I wanted to purchased them online but couldn't wait on the blades and dealing with the city of chicago...

 

I've got 4 years on a set of Bosch Icons. I did clean them up recently with some Emery cloth & rubber preservative I got at Autozone. They seem to work even better after I Rain-ex'd !

I can remember my Dad using Emery cloth on the wiper blades...cleaning them when I was a kid. That was a '59 Biscayne & back when they had good rubber on the blades !! LOL!

 

I just replaced my Bosch Icons with Trico NeoForms from Meijer. I didn't get the life out of the Icons that I had hoped. I won't buy them again.
