I heard from a few mechanics but just wanted to make sure if any of you on here have ever put on these quick struts for your 7th generation Monte Carlo SS 18 inch wheels? If you have and if it works then I will buy these Monroe 171661 quick struts for my front. Need proof and facts that it will fit right on?

Whatever happened to your question? What was the outcome w/ replacing your Front Struts? Did you install the Monroe 171661 Quick struts? and did they work??
I have the identical question. Have an 06 MC SS w/ OEM 18" wheels. Car w/ 109k miles. need to replace the Front struts. Ran into the identical question you posted. Everything I find online is the same - for 16" or 17" wheels only. EXCLUDES the 18" wheels.
