The reason i bought the Monte Carlo was because my old car which was a Chevy lumina had the engine die in it so I needed another ride. I knew I wanted another bigger car and I did like the monte version of the lumina which is the 5th gen ones. Around here they all pretty much have a lot of miles. So I knew I would have to go with the 6th gen. I had made my decision to look at the monte, Malibu, Grand Prix and a few other random cars. We'll my dad saw mine on the side of a road in a parking lot for sale and I also found the dad on craigslist for it too. So me and my dad went and looked at it plus took to my uncles shop for him to check it out. Everything was good for what we wanted plus the price was right so went for it. That's pretty much how and why I got the monte and do not regret it one bit.

Was looks for me! Stood out from all the rest of the cars, found a beautiful 02 SS in red and just had to have it

It was time for another car and I loved the lines on the 6th gen Montes, the room, the comfort, the supercharger, the bells and whistles, and way better on gas than the Jeep Wrangler I had at the time. Here is a before and after. The day I drove her home and the after is from about a month ago when I drove to NJ for a visit from GA.

I had an 03 LS mMonte before mine. I knew I wanted a v8 no matter what I got but it came down to practicality and I always wanted a red 7th Gen. I haven't been disappointed with my choice.
