While I was out!
During my travels today I came across the 01 Monte SS for sale. Looks to be in good condition, But I can't say what condition it is really in. I also saw a Black 05 right up the hill from me for $4200, the guy said it works great but again. I don't know.
But I was thinking for any member who may be looking for a Monte, and lives close enough to the NJ (North Jersey) area to make it worth the trip, this may be of interest.
Since I am not the seller more do I have any knowledge of the real condition of this car, I put this post in General Monte Carlo talk. The one in the picture is in Summerset NJ. The 05 is right up the hill from me, and it is Garage kept. I didn't even know it was there!

If I would buy either of these they would become my new daily driver and my current monte would be in the garage for the winter. Really it would depend on the condition plus mileage too.

If I go buy the 01 and the Garage it's parked in front of I will try to get more info, the 05, also black, I will leave a note on the garage door. See if I can set up a meeting to get more info from him.
I would like the 05 myself but we are already looking at transporting 2 cars to Seattle. $3000 to do that. I can't justify another $1500 for an Extra car.
