Hello, I got my monte a couple months back, I noticed that my front wheel well it completely cover with plastic inserts (to protect the metal), but the back wheel well only has them on the back of the wheel well, the front is left exposed. I seen another 04 MC LT today and it was completely covered front and back. So is this the way they come? (Completely covered) or was that something the LT has over my SS?

 

Sounds to me like something is missing. You should have full inner wheelwell panels, I believe, but then I might be wrong.

 

Thats what I thought, I figured someone took it apart and forgot to put them back in.

Also, on gmpartsdirect I can't find them, I know i'm looking in the wrong place or using the wrong words..

 

Its called a splash liner. If you search for that you may find what you need.

 

yea when i see those come in to my dealership they usually make the part description "liner" for those. i'll have a look in the catalogue at work monday for ya
